Testimonials
The following behavioural testimonials are a selection from many more on file, which can be seen as hard copies prior to, or during, an appointment, if you so wish. The behavioural testimonials are one part of a more in-depth feedback form, which are completed by the majority of Ian’s clients. The scoring is graded 1-5, with 1 being dissatisfied and 5 being very satisfied
Name : Ken & Jackie with Harvey & Oscar
General Comments : We would definitely recommend Ian to anybody having problems with their dog. The method of fast walking he showed us has really helped, but we need to work on Harvey playing with the toy as he loses focus and finds the different smells more interesting after a time. Having already tried somebody else far more expensive, I'm really pleased I contacted Ian. I look forward to trying the agility soon.

Name : Karen with Lucca
General Comments : I didn't realise just how important it was to be the pack leader to get a dog to respect you. I've always given Lucca too much affection thinking that would make him love me and do what I wanted him to do, but really if I'm honest he never used to take much notice. Now I can go out the back door without him barging past and pulling me down the garden. He waits for me to go inside first. I can stop him barking at people and horses when he's in the pen. We now walk in the village about 5 days a week. It took time to get him to walk to heel, but he is so much nicer to walk now, which enforces my role as pack leader. I've learned that I should be calm and assertive where before I would shout at him. When he sees dogs he is better.

General Comments : Ian has very easy and simple methods to help with dogs, but as owners sometimes finding time, with pressure due to jobs and businesses, to keep a regime for the dogs is very hard, even though the love you have for your dogs. With the added knowledge that Ian has given us makes it easier and we still try our best. Good man Ian. Thanks.
